What's this all about?
Every week we scan and test all the stocks on the major exchanges as part of our Alert HQ process. Now we are providing a list of all the stocks or ETFs that are currently in strong up-trends. We call them Trend Leaders. We also provide our lists of Bollinger Band Breakouts and Cash Flow Kings.How does it work?
Every week we review all the stocks listed on the NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ, over 7400 securities in all. Using daily data, we look for stocks that are over their 50-day moving average. We then use three different technical indicators to determine trend: Aroon, DMI and MACD. All three indicators must be registering strong readings in order for a stock or ETF to make the list of Trend Leaders. As part of this process we also evaluate each stock or ETF's price with respect to its Bollinger Bands in order to identify our Bollinger Band Breakouts. Switching to a fundamental analysis approach, we also analyze cash flow data for each stock to generate our list of Cash Flow Kings.Every weekend we make our list of Trend Leaders, Bollinger Band Breakouts and Cash Flow Kings available for free. They are provided in comma-separated-value (CSV) format, viewable in any text editor or spreadsheet. We include the symbol, the security's name, what exchange it trades on, its last price at the time when the analysis ran and several fundamental indicators and financial ratios.

Trend Leaders: 315 stocks or ETFs in strong up-trends based on analysis of daily data.
Bollinger Band Breakouts:
279 stocks or ETFs 1% above their upper Bollinger Band or 1% below their lower Bollinger band based on
analysis of daily data. 215 more based on analysis of weekly data.
Cash Flow Kings:
950 stocks whose free cash flow yield is 25% or greater.
